Cosrx Honey Ceramide Full Moisture Cream was a full-on dry, flaky skin miracle for me this past winter. It is a very thick, stiff textured cream that provides amazing moisture. It also helps reduce signs of irritation (redness, flakiness etc). Despite the thick texture, it cause no breakouts or clogged pores. This is likely due to the fact that 60% of the formula is Manuka Honey extract, which is a fantastic ingredient for nourishing and replenishing your skin without being overly heavy or greasy.
Cosrx Honey Ceramide Full Moisture Cream has a nice velvety finish, not too matte, not too shiny. It doesn’t soak in super quickly, but I kind of like that in a night cream. I never tried it during the day, but I feel like it would work well under makeup if you have dry skin. I don’t think this would be appropriate for daytime use if you have oily skin. However, for evening use, I think this would work well on a wide range of skin types. It provides good surface moisture for dry skin, but also hydrates deeply if you have oily dehydrated skin. It’s just a really good all purpose cream for nearly everyone.
My hometown is generally wet and gray all winter, but this year we had a real winter, with well over a month of temperatures below zero, complete with snow and super dry air. Being a delicate west coast flower, I’m not used to such conditions and my skin totally freaked out. But this cream was a total life saver. It provided an incredible amount of hydration, helped reduce redness and sensitivity, and the ceramide helped to repair my skin’s barrier. All without being pore clogging. Manuka Honey can also be really effective at reducing acne, so it’s kind of the opposite of pore clogging.

Other than the Manuka Honey, this cream contains a few other beneficial ingredients for skin. There’s the ceramide mentioned in the product title, but also vitamin B5, hyaluronic acid, a few different types of oils and triglycerides that help provide moisture. There are no fragrances or alcohols, which makes this a good choice if you are sensitive as well.
